Our Sales team is the driving factor behind revenue at careerzynith, and we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

  • *Responsibilities**

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers in all matters related to the usage of careerzynith's services, such as CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects as well as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives;
  • Guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources;
  • Driving customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building;
  • Successfully implementing new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods, as well as providing training to all stakeholders of the projects;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless customer experiences;
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these areas;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including regular check-ins, progress updates, and issue resolution;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing customer accounts;
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth;
  • Providing input on product development and feature enhancements to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience;
  • More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry;
  • Experience in management of projects and small teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America;
  • Valid driver's license with a good standing record.

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a bonus:

  • Maintenance specific experience with usage of CBM and CMMS tools;
  • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
