(Senior) Cyber Defense Advisor (m/w/d)
- As a Cyber Defense Advisor, you will accompany our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of our Managed Detection & Response Services, acting as the central point of contact, coordinating collaboration between the customer and internal departments, and ensuring continuous optimization and stable operation of the services.Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service for technical services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid foundation in all macro areas of IT
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs
- Analytical, structured, and independent thinking and working with a high degree of coordination and organization
- Very high customer and service orientation as well as the ability to take responsibility for customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action with a focus on continuous service improvement
- Knowledge in one or more of the following product segments: SIEM, XDR, NDR, SOAR Benefits
