- You’ll lead sophisticated employment defense matters, including:
- Wrongful termination
- Discrimination / harassment
- Retaliation
- Wage & hour / PAGA
With full ownership of strategy, client management, and outcomes
What They’re Looking For
✔️ 10–15 years’ employment defense experience
✔️ California Bar qualified
✔️ Stable background (ideally 2–3 firms)
✔️ Strong litigation skills + commercial mindset
