ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Brookville Protocol Consulting (BPC) is a CPD-accredited global executive education firm delivering behavioral excellence and diplomatic leadership standards to s global law firms, investment banks, C-suite executives.

We are deploying our flagship certification course: a 3 CPD-hour program across 6 sessions and 72 slides on LearnWorlds LMS.

All video production is managed by a separate boutique studio. You receive final video files from the studio and print-ready PDFs from BPC. Your responsibility is the complete LMS build from architecture to launch.

The learner experience must reflect an institutional standard.

SCOPE OF WORK

The LearnWorlds senior developer is responsible for all of the following, quoted and billed as one complete package:

Course Architecture

Build course structure in LearnWorlds with 6 sessions, correct section ordering, sequential or drip access as required. Upload and embed all final video files received from the studio. Configure playback settings and learner navigation.

Interactive Elements — 5 Self-Assessments

Build 5 non-graded native self-assessment activities using the LearnWorlds self-assessment builder for slides S1-08, S2-11, S3-11, S4-13, and S5-11. Each includes rating scales, text input fields, immediate feedback messages, and completion tracking. All exercise instructions and questions are provided in the BPC course script document.

Download Activities — 6 PDF Downloads

Set up 6 native download activities in LearnWorlds for slides S1-10, S2-12, S3-12, S4-14, S5-12, and S6-10. PDF files are provided by BPC, print-ready and ready to upload. No design work required.

Graded Exam & CPD Certificate

Build the final graded exam (S6-11) using the LearnWorlds Exam builder: 10 questions (multiple-choice + scenario-based), 70% pass threshold, 10-minute timer. Configure automatic CPD certificate issuance upon passing. Certification is BPC-branded, named and dated. All quiz questions and answers are provided in the BPC course script document.

Interactive Video Enhancements

Embed 2-3 comprehension check questions per video segment using the LearnWorlds interactive video editor. Includes pause points, embedded questions, and overlay text at key moments.

Testing & Launch

Full end-to-end testing before launch: all video playback, form submissions, quiz logic, certificate issuance, and learner progress tracking. Deliver a fully tested, launch-ready course.
