Our client is a premier boutique law firm specializing in real estate and business law. With a growing statewide practice, they are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with deep expertise in Real Estate Law.

This position is 100% permanently remote (no future "return to office" mandates). However, candidates must be based in San Diego, CA to maintain a local connection to the firm's headquarters and core client base.

Lead Real Estate Litigation: Drive strategy and execution of complex real estate and business disputes from inception through resolution.
Expert Advocacy: Conduct advanced legal research and independently draft court-ready motions, trial briefs, and memoranda.
Direct Representation: Serve as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, leveraging familiarity with California-particularly San Diego-courts.
Client Stewardship: Act as the primary legal advisor for a diverse portfolio of real estate and business clients, delivering high-level strategic counsel.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with firm leadership to refine trial strategies and mentor junior attorneys in a fully remote environment.

Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience with a strong emphasis on real estate law.
Location: Must currently reside in the San Diego, CA area.
Litigation Skills: Significant experience taking and defending depositions and arguing complex motions; trial experience strongly preferred.
Remote Capability: Demonstrated ability to independently manage a heavy caseload using modern legal technology and communication tools.
