We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, D&A Product Manager - Customer Adoption to join our team in Remote. As a key member of our Customer Intelligence team, you'll be responsible for managing collaborator relationships, prioritizing requests, and delivering high-quality products that meet business needs. You'll work closely with our Data Engineering team to design and complete product strategies, and partner with business teams to document and evaluate required data and information. Your expertise in data engineering, data analysis, product analytics, or an equivalent role will be invaluable in driving business growth and improving customer success.

  • *Responsibilities**

As a Senior Manager, D&A Product Manager - Customer Adoption, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing collaborator relationships and prioritizing requests to ensure timely product delivery
  • Supporting the hygiene around performance reviews, critical metrics, and quarterly planning
  • Developing technical roadmaps and prototypes, trying out new technologies, and collaborating with a global set of team members
  • Understanding the breadth and depth of careerzynith product capabilities and how it is captured by the metadata around customers' use of these products
  • Partnering with Salesforce product specialists to document and evaluate required data and information
  • Capturing technical requirements for data capture and collaborating with data engineers and data scientists in how this data is used within the internal solutions that the team develops
  • Acting as the liaison between the product teams, the data teams, the internal development team, and business collaborators
  • Wearing a business hat and delivering solutions that fit business needs while simultaneously working across the engineering, data science, and data services teams to build for scale
  • Mentoring and collaborating with other team members to grow careerzynith's internal domain and data knowledge
  • Establishing processes to test and validate data and ensure high data integrity and quality
  • Leading requirements gathering sessions and maintaining business and technical requirements documents for analytics projects
  • Examining and analyzing how this work affects how careerzynith enables their internal stakeholders to drive and scale customer success
  • Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in a combination of data engineering, data analysis, product analytics, or an equivalent role
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with at least 3 years of experience in implementing, instructing, and modifying as appropriate for the team and organization
  • Expertise in SQL, and other distributed data tools (Snowflake, Spark, Hive, Pig, MapReduce)
  • Experience with Splunk, Python/R, and other BI tools is a plus
  • Ability to translate from data to relevant business insights
  • Experience working with BI/Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, Domo, Einstein Analytics, etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with both executives and technologists
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, experiment with products, and contribute cross-functionally
  • Strong customer advocacy skills and experience, with the ability to work in difficult customer situations
  • Sophisticated careerzynith product knowledge/Certification is a big plus
  • Experience with master data management, data integration, data governance, data analysis, or data quality to support cross-functional business teams
