Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client integrated Adult Social Care service team in Is
This is a high-level leadership role within a forward-thinking borough, working across key services such as Reablement, Community OT, Discharge, and Front Door (Integrated Urgent Response).
You’ll play a key role in reducing waiting lists, supporting the adaptations pathway (DFG), and providing clinical leadership across the OT service.
What will your responsibilities be?
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Occupational Therapists and wider MDT staff
Screen, prioritise, and allocate incoming referrals
Manage a small caseload of complex cases
Authorise equipment and major adaptations (DFG)
Support delivery of statutory duties under:
Care Act
Mental Capacity Act
Contribute to service development, audits, and continuous improvement
Work across:
Reablement services
Front Door / Integrated Urgent Response
Hospital Discharge pathways
Community OT services
Promote strengths-based, person-centred practice
Work collaboratively with NHS, housing, and community partners

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC Registration
Strong experience within Adults Social Care
Proven experience as a Senior OT or in a leadership capacity
Experience with:
DFG / Major adaptations
Complex case management
Supervision and team support
Desirable:
Experience within integrated health & social care services
Background in Front Door / Urgent Response / Discharge
Experience across both adults and children's cases
Working Environment:
Hybrid model:
2 days remote
3 days office / service-based
