Who Can Do This Role:
A senior BI developer with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL-based data modeling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing scalable analytics solutions, building enterprise dashboards, optimizing queries, and working with modern cloud-based data platforms. We are looking for a freelance developer who can connect Monday to Friday through Zoom or a similar platform and work via screen sharing on a daily basis. As a part-time developer, you will collaborate directly with a candidate who is new to their role, guiding them step by step and helping them successfully complete their daily tasks and deliverables during these interactive Zoom sessions.

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design and implement advanced reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and SQL. The role involves building interactive dashboards, developing semantic data models, optimizing SQL queries, and integrating data from multiple enterprise sources. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, implementing best practices for performance tuning, and ensuring secure and scalable BI solutions. The position also requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in Power BI (Dashboard & Data Modeling)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
Advanced SQL development and query optimization
Experience in Data Modeling & ETL concepts
Strong understanding of KPI reporting and analytics design
