Senior Product Manager, Learning Management - Remote Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Learning Management products, driving student success and educator excellence. As a key member of our Core Products team, you'll architect product strategies, uncover new insights, and execute on initiatives that propel our flagship product, Canvas LMS, forward.

This remote role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and receive a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 + benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product visions, goals, and opportunity assessments for critical features that enable students to demonstrate learning and educators to evaluate and inform instruction


• Prioritize short-term and long-term strategic initiatives, balancing incremental opportunities with bold, innovative thinking


• Drive decision-making with data-driven insights, crafting compelling stories and user experiences that meet customer needs


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Program Management, Design, Engineering, and Sales, to deliver enhancements and inform product strategy


• Mentor and up-skill product team members, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving product growth


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and improve metrics


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders


• Deep user empathy and a customer-centric approach to product development


• Experience in the education industry is a plus, but not required
