JD:
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to partner with B2B teams and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile environment. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and high-quality delivery. There is a new project to build Universal Preference Center (Consent Management) using Experience Cloud, Data 360, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and support Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
- Analyze data using SQL and SOQL; support data modeling and validation
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and architects to ensure solution alignment
- Support Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration support as needed
- Required Skills
- Strong experience with the Salesforce ecosystem supporting B2B Sales teams
- Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360
- SFDC Admin-level proficiency with solid configuration experience
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- Results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in ambiguity
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
