This role builds comprehensive learning curricula, assesses organizational capability needs, and delivers impactful, multi-modal development experiences that support current and future leadership requirements. You will lead group-level learning initiatives, drive the implementation of a modern Learning Management System, and foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership growth through strong stakeholder and SME engagement.    This role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition, Management & Development Center of Excellence (CoE) at the Nemetschek Group. While the position is being hired through Bluebeam as the home brand, it operates at the group level, supporting and representing leadership and professional development strategies across all Nemetschek brands globally.    What You’ll Do:  Design and implement global leadership and professional development curricula and learning paths aligned to business priorities   Build end-to-end development journeys for leaders and key professional populations, combining leadership, behavioral, and functional skills   Conduct needs assessments using talent data, performance insights, and stakeholder input to identify capability gaps and development priorities   Develop toolkits and resources that enable managers to coach, develop, and lead effective development conversations   Build and manage a global network of SMEs and leaders to co-create and scale impactful learning solutions   Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of a Learning Management System (LMS) and broader learning ecosystem   Curate and manage learning content and pathways across LMS/LXP platforms, ensuring strong user experience and global consistency   Deliver engaging, multi-modal learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and blended learning journeys   Facilitate leadership sessions and coach managers and internal facilitators to scale development efforts   Drive adoption and change management for development programs through communication, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement   Define and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness, leadership pipeline strength, and business impact   Leverage data and insights to continuously improve learning programs and inform talent and workforce planning   Partner with HRBPs and other CoEs to ensure alignment across performance, succession planning, and career development initiatives   Stay current on learning trends and technologies, including AI-enabled learning and modern instructional design practices     Your Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Science, HR, Organizational Development, or related field required   7–10+ years of experience designing and delivering learning and development programs in global, matrixed organizations   Proven expertise in curriculum design, learning path development, and professional enablement frameworks   Experience conducting organizational needs assessments and translating business strategy into learning solutions   Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms, including implementation, optimization, and adoption strategies   Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering learning programs to global audiences   Experience managing end-to-end learning projects, including stakeholder engagement and change management   Strong analytical skills with ability to measure learning impact and use data to improve outcomes   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across all levels   Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution     Additional Qualifications:  Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD)   Experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)   Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms   Experience incorporating AI, adaptive learning, or gamification into development programs   Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish)     What We Offer:  People-focused, entrepreneurial culture with the backing of a stable, global, corporate entity – Nemetschek   Competitive compensation and benefits package  Fully vested 401K right from the day you start  Generous PTO, including sick/mental health & volunteer days   Free & unlimited access to BetterUp Care, a well-being platform   Work-life balance fostered through a culture of diversity, inclusion, and appreciation of individual lifestyle needs   Opportunity for continuous professional development   Free & unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning   Up to $5K annual education reimbursement (after 1 year tenure)  Learn even more at: https://www.bluebeam.com/careers     About Bluebeam and the Nemetschek Group:  The construction industry is adopting new technology at a feverish pace. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.      The base pay range for this position is: $108,900-136,000 plus eligible bonus  #Bluebeam #LI-Remote #LI-BL1
