• *The Role**

As a Senior User Experience Researcher on our Customer Experience & Integrity team, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and behaviors of our diverse audiences, including Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Product Design, Content Design, Strategy and Operations, and Product Marketing teams, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct research studies to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Develop and execute research plans to inform product strategy and customer experience initiatives
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure research findings are integrated into product development and customer experience initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research
• Mentor and guide junior researchers to develop their skills and expertise

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 7+ years of experience in qualitative/quantitative research and/or product, UX, or user research
• Advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related research or scientific field (while not required, it is preferred)
• Proven track record of conducting research studies, analyzing data, and synthesizing findings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services, as well as the food delivery and logistics industry
• Experience with research tools and methodologies, such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and human-centered design methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

• Competitive base salary, ranging from $148,200 to $218,000 USD, depending on location and experience
