Senior Vice President of Loan Management
A company is looking for a SVP, Loan Management to oversee multiple loan management functions and mentor staff in a remote setting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering internal cooperation and continuous improvement
- Manage client expectations and serve as an escalation point for conflict resolution and process clarification
- Establish formalized processes to ensure compliance with loan and client requirements while driving operational excellence
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a VP level role or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership in commercial real estate and loan servicing administration
- Ability to collaborate with various functional leaders to achieve strategic business goals
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and familiarity with industry-related technologies is a plus
