Role: Senior/Staff Software Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (North America — ET to PT time zones)
Compensation: $180,000–$230,000 + Competitive Equity

- Build scalable, secure backend services capable of handling enterprise workloads
- Design and develop distributed, high-availability systems
- Uphold and advance security best practices across the stack (web, backend, infrastructure)
- Design APIs (web and service-to-service), model database schemas, and create robust integration patterns
- Collaborate across product, design, and engineering throughout the development lifecycle
- Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with backend focus
- Deep experience with Go or Java
- Passionate about building high-quality, secure systems
- Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Tech Stack
- Go (primary backend language)
- Work Environment
- Fully remote within U.S./Canadian time zones (ET ↔ PT)
