    Responsibilities
  • Lead SEO strategy that drives ROI across both traditional and AI-powered search for clients (Google, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Stay proactive on algorithm updates, AI trends, and emerging search technologies.
  • Conduct keyword + prompt research to align content with real search intent in both SERPs and generative engines.
  • Develop content calendars using topic modeling, entity mapping, and trend forecasting.
  • Optimize content and metadata for visibility in organic search and AI experiences.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization using behavioral analytics.
  • Leverage integrated tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GEO tracking platforms) for performance insights.
    Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience executing successful SEO strategies with a focus on content strategy and on-page optimizations
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to test, learn, and lead in the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) space
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and how to optimize for AI-powered search engines in a variety of industries and verticals
  • Proven experience using tools like GA4, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, SpyFu, and Screaming Frog
  • Proven experience using CMS like WordPress and WebFlow (bonus points for experience with product feed optimization and eCommerce CMS like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.)
  • Self-motivation, autonomy and a strong sense of accountability to bring success to your clients in a remote environment
  • Capacity to handle multiple ongoing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills
