Part-Time ServiceNow Administrator / Developer
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to support and enhance an existing enterprise ServiceNow environment on an ongoing part-time basis.
This role will focus heavily on platform enhancements, workflow improvements, troubleshooting, and operational support across multiple ServiceNow modules and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and modify ServiceNow catalog items
- Update UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows
- Support Flow Designer enhancements and troubleshooting
- Modify workflow-driven notifications and approval processes
- Troubleshoot Service Portal behavior, state transitions, and portal widgets
- Support inbound email actions, assignment logic, and production issue resolution
- Assist with Demand Management and custom workflow enhancements
- Modify Service Operations Workspace forms and UI behavior
- Partner with internal teams on ongoing platform improvements and support needs
Required Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow Administration and Development experience
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and Business Rules
- Experience supporting Service Portal and Workspace customizations
- Experience troubleshooting workflows, notifications, approvals, and inbound actions
- Strong JavaScript / Glide scripting experience
- Comfortable supporting existing enterprise ServiceNow environments
Preferred:
- Demand Management / PPM experience
- Experience working in operational support and enhancement environments
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Location: Houston preferred
