    Job Description:Genpact is looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead / Principal Consultant with strong experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO). The candidate will be responsible for leading solution design, architecture, and implementation while working closely with client enterprise and ServiceNow teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow FSO solution design, development, and implementation
  • Work with enterprise architecture and client stakeholders
  • Develop using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP
  • Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions
  • Participate in Agile activities (requirements, sprint planning, demos)
  • Implement solutions across financial domains such as payments, loans, claims, and customer lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with CSDM, CMDB, and data models
    Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow FSO and CSM
  • Experience with Financial Services Data Model
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and APIs
  • Experience in integrations with external systems
  • Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management
  • Experience working in Agile environments
    Certifications:
  • ServiceNow CIS – IRM
  • CIS – Risk and Compliance
  • CIS – Vendor Risk Management
    Good to Have:
  • Knowledge of GDPR, ISO regulations
  • Experience with AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS
    Education
  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc
    Compensation:
  • $130,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)
