Seeking a detail-oriented
ServiceNow Technical Writer
to create, maintain, and manage high-quality documentation for the ServiceNow platform. This role will support IT, business, and end users by producing clear, accurate, and user-friendly content that drives platform adoption, operational efficiency, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience documenting
ServiceNow processes, workflows, and configurations
, and can translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials for diverse audiences.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for the ServiceNow platform
  • Create a variety of content, including:
  • User guides and training materials
  • Process documentation and SOPs
  • Knowledge base articles
  • Release notes and change documentation
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather information
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
  • Document workflows, configurations, integrations, and system processes
  • Support knowledge management and self-service initiatives within ServiceNow
  • Ensure documentation aligns with governance, compliance, and healthcare standards (HIPAA)
  • Maintain version control and ensure documentation is current and accurate
  • Assist with training materials and end-user adoption efforts
  • Standardize documentation templates and best practices
    Required Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in IT or ServiceNow environments
  • Experience creating documentation for enterprise software platforms
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Experience with
  • Process documentation and SOP creation
  • Knowledge management systems
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform documentation
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare environments
  • Exposure to tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation platforms
  • Basic understanding of workflows, APIs, or system integrations
  • Experience supporting Agile teams
