SIOP & Materials Management Office Manager (Hybrid)
About the position
The SIOP & Materials Management team is seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide support to the senior leadership team. This position serves as a key collaborative team member, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of administrative tasks. This position is hybrid based in Charlotte, NC, and requires periodic onsite support.
- Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to senior leaders within SIOP & Materials Management
- Maintains calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
- Makes business travel arrangements and process expenses in a timely manner
- Organizes Quarterly townhall meetings, including support of scheduling, agenda creation, and material preparation in coordination with other leaders
- Responsible for scheduling weekly staff meetings, preparing meeting minutes and tracking actions
- Supports and coordinate leadership offsites, including providing logistical support to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborates with admin peer group to support SIOP & Materials Management or Collins level event planning activities
- Supports leadership and new team member onboarding activities including employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinates office activities and maintains office supplies inventory
- Requirements
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Must be willing and able to travel less than 10%

- Previous working experience supporting senior leaders
- Ability to work independently to manage special assignments and initiatives
- Experience with American Express Business and SAP Concur
- Skilled in drafting and editing professional communications and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
