Social Media & Event Coordinator

Looking for a reliable and creative assistant to help grow Frios Gourmet Pops Rochester. Tasks include managing social media posts, responding to emails and customer inquiries, organizing our digital event schedule, researching local events/festivals, and helping book new opportunities.

Must be organized, responsive, comfortable with Facebook/Instagram, and able to communicate professionally. Experience with Canva, marketing, event coordination, or small business support is a plus.

Part-time/flexible work with opportunity for ongoing projects. Looking for someone who can help keep our schedule full and our online presence active and engaging.

Frios Gourmet Pops Rochester is a locally owned and family-operated business serving gourmet frozen pops throughout the Rochester, NY area. We cater weddings, festivals, corporate events, schools, fundraisers, sporting events, private parties, and community gatherings using our colorful “Sweet Ride” mobile setup and event booths.

We offer over 30 unique flavors, including dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, protein, and no sugar added options, helping us create something for everyone. Our brand focuses on fun, high-energy customer experiences, strong community involvement, and creative event marketing. We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can help us stay organized, expand our online presence, and continue booking exciting events throughout the year.
