Sr Customer Strategy
Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant
Champion the building, tracking, planning, and socialization of the comprehensive Customer Organization Plan and Strategy.
Ā Lead the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of Customer Organization performance against KPIs.
Ā Monitor the Customer Portfolio, including tracking risks, issues, and scope management.
Ā Develop executive-level presentations related to projects or the Customer Organization plan.
Ā Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Customer, Commercial, and Operations Teams.
This role requires working from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.

Ā Strategic planning
Ā Managing cross-functional projects or portfolio planning
Ā Executive-level storytelling
Ā Developing strategies, plans, and decisions, and communicating them to executive leadership
Requirements:
Ā Knowledge of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles
Ā Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations
Ā Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time
Ā U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Ā Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
