ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Manager of Staff Augmentation will lead and support our Staff Augmentation services to grow and expand our overall services footprint. The role will have a proven record of success in staff augmentation with a deep understanding of Professional and Managed Services, Statement of Work, Business Development and Sales. Key focuses of this role will be to interface with customers to gather intelligence to assist our sales team to generate opportunities for additional services. The Manager of Staff Aug will be the liaison between Resource Management, Services Sales Operations, People and Organizational Health, and Sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prospect, identify and secure staffing augmentation business opportunities (RFP’s, MSA’s, etc.) with new and existing clients
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and delivering resource solutions that meet their business objectives
Work closely with the Sr. Director of Services Ops and VP of People and Organizational Health to formulate strategies and plans for the development of staff augmentation in the sales region; align the staff aug strategy with Trace3’s Services strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards
Support the sales teams in defining staff aug scope and requirements; liaison those requirements to the Talent Acquisition Team
Closely partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify recruitment channels, sourcing plans, creating job descriptions, candidate interviews, assessment of candidates and monitor pipelines; may perform direct recruiting in times of business fluctuation
Proactively manage existing and new staff aug placements to ensure that the right candidates are in the correct roles and both Trace3 sales team and the client are aligned
Facilitate Vendor Management System (VMS) and Greenhouse (ATS) requirements including, but not limited to, documentation, processes, etc.
Serve as the primary point of contact, liaison and escalation for staff augmentation
Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors, using this information to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university, strongly preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience doing staffing recruitment and business development
Proven experience executing full desk staff augmentation recruitment (staffing from sourcing to placement) for roles within Cloud, Security, Data and Analytics, Managed Services, and Management Consulting
Excellent client-facing, business development and interpersonal skills; proven ability building relationships is key to this role
Ability to multitask simultaneously on opportunities while working collaboratively across team members, sales teams, People and Org Health, and HQ operations
Organizational skills and ability to keep key activities on track with staff and clients is a must
Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of a multi-faceted business operation
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present to a variety of audiences
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
Estimated Pay Range
$95,000—$105,000 USD
