Strategic Consultant | Roads & Highways

We are looking for a high-agency individual to help drive strategic growth and consultative engagements for RoadVision AI across municipalities, county administrations, DOTs, road agencies, and infrastructure companies in the United States.

Over the last few years, we have been working internationally on AI-led road monitoring, roadway surveys, safety audits, and infrastructure intelligence — and are now witnessing very strong interest from the US market.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will act as a problem-solver, connector, and advisor — helping public infrastructure stakeholders understand and adopt AI-driven solutions for road safety, monitoring, asset management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with municipalities, counties, transportation agencies, and infrastructure stakeholders to understand their challenges
• Lead consultative discussions on how AI-driven solutions can improve roadway inspections, safety, monitoring, and decision-making
• Drive end-to-end opportunity cycles: introductions → discovery → pilot/trial → deployment
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with government stakeholders, engineering consultants, and ecosystem partners
• Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to tailor pilot deployments and use cases
• Represent RoadVision AI in meetings, conferences, and industry forums

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong network across municipalities, counties, transportation agencies, public works departments, or infrastructure ecosystem in the US
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to simplify complex technology into practical real-world value
• High ownership, persistence, and comfort working in ambiguous environments
• Interest in infrastructure transformation, smart mobility, or public sector innovation

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Experience working with DOTs, municipalities, engineering consulting firms, or government projects
• Background in transportation, infrastructure, urban planning, civil engineering, or public policy
• Exposure to smart city or roadway technology initiatives

Commercial Structure:
• This will primarily be a success fee–based engagement linked to opportunities, pilots, and deployments generated through the role. Full times retainer can be considered basis initial proven success.
• The structure is designed for individuals who are confident in their network, relationship-building ability, and long-term value creation.
