- Leads and acts as business program owner in the development and implementation of enterprise programs
- Recognized as top level expert within the company and governs the requirements for own work
- Advises on execution strategy and leads the development and deployment of functional programs or initiatives
- Solves unique and ambiguous problems with broad impact
- Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently
