Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a superstar travel healthcare recruiter who is already experienced in high-volume clinical staffing production.

This is a performance-driven opportunity designed for elite recruiters who are confident in their ability to generate significant placement revenue.

We are looking for a recruiter who can independently source, screen, and place travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For

    We are seeking a high-performing recruiter with proven experience in:
  • Travel nursing recruiting
  • Allied healthcare recruiting (therapy, imaging, or clinical specialties preferred)
  • High-volume candidate sourcing and placement execution
  • Pipeline management and submission-to-placement conversion
  • Credentialing and compliance awareness within travel healthcare staffing

  • Source, screen, and recruit travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals

  • Required Experience
  • Minimum 2–5 years travel healthcare recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated history of placing travel nurses or allied healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and compliance processes
