Supply Chain Management – OM Specialist
- Job Description:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management
- Collaborate with production support teams to analyze root causes and resolve issues
- Manage and optimize OCC–SCM integrations and order orchestration configurations
- Recommend and implement configuration/setup changes to improve processes
- Support testing and validation during Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches
- Translate business requirements into OOTB solutions and prepare/update relevant documentation (roles, setups, integrations)
- Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Order Management) OR 3+ years with non-Cloud Oracle SCM
- Strong knowledge of Order Management processes, configurations, and orchestration flows
- Experience in OCC–SCM integrations
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with Oracle release cycles (patches, upgrades, testing approaches)
- Strong documentation skills for functional and technical processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
