SVP Revenue Operations – Customer Advocacy Leader
- Job Description:
- Manage all revenue operations accounts
- Collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments
- Assess current performance of revenue cycle operations
- Proactively identify opportunities for financial and operational performance enhancement
- Spearhead the implementation of products and services with clients
- Drive exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation
- Partner closely with technology teams to deploy products/workflow engines
- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues, and client feedback
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in acute and or ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services
- 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in Health Administration or related field
- MBA, MHA, or MPH
