POSITION OVERVIEW – Autodesk Forma (ACC) Administrator

The Autodesk Forma (ACC) Administrator will serve as the primary technical lead for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma environments. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based design and document management platforms to support engineering, project management, and nuclear project workstreams.

This position plays a key role in enabling digital transformation by improving workflows, ensuring data integrity, and supporting collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Platform Administration & Configuration
  • Act as the primary administrator for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Build) and Autodesk Forma
  • Establish and maintain project folder structures, naming conventions, and metadata standards
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access for internal teams and external partners
  • Configure and optimize Forma environments for conceptual design and site analysis
    Workflow & Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement automated workflows for RFIs, submittals, and issue tracking
  • Lead migration of legacy document control processes into cloud-based systems
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues across projects
    Collaboration & Training
  • Provide hands-on training and technical support to engineering and project teams
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Partner with Digital Engineering and IT teams to support system integrations
    Reporting & Compliance
  • Utilize ACC Insights and dashboards to track project progress and document status
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. government procurement and security requirements
  • Maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance across all platforms
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360) and/or Autodesk Forma
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and cloud-based document management systems
  • Experience leading process improvement or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required
    NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in nuclear, energy, or highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations (PLM, ERP, or other engineering systems)Experience with ACC Insights, dashboards, and reporting tools
