Job Title: Google Cloud (GCP) Infrastructure Setup & GitHub Integration
Project Overview:
I am the Product Owner of a new project called the "Unified Engine." The GitHub repository is already set up with its foundational folder structure (.github, docs, infrastructure). I need a Google Cloud expert for a highly scoped, 3-hour initial infrastructure setup.
What You Will Be Building (Phase 1 / 3-Hour Scope):
Provision the initial Google Cloud environment (Project creation, basic IAM, and security guardrails).
Set up secure credentials/service accounts and link them to the GitHub repository so future code can be deployed securely.
Document the basic architecture and access steps clearly in the infrastructure folder.
How We Will Work Together:
Clear Communication: I manage the business logic. You must be able to explain technical setups in plain English.
Workflow: All code/configuration must be submitted via Pull Requests to the main branch. Direct commits to main are restricted.
Updates: Asynchronous communication via Upwork chat is preferred. No mandatory Zoom meetings.
