As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their educational and personal needs, working closely with certified teachers and other school staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional support to students under the supervision of a certified teacher
- Assist with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and strategies
- Reinforce new and existing skills and concepts
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with instructional tasks
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Assist with student supervision during arrival, dismissal, recess, and lunch
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising teacher or school administrator
