- Fully understanding the current and future careerzynith system, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and the technical team, providing timely and effective support to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Increasing interaction with current customers through regular communication, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Creating, managing, and following up on customer tickets until they are resolved, ensuring that all activities are recorded and tracked using our current CRM.
- Following the current internal customer success process and improving on it to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
