As a Technical Sales Lead at Selfa, each day blends strategy, customer engagement, and technical insight. Shortly after, you’re on a client call — understanding the calibration or asset monitoring needs of a manufacturing plant and proposing a customized service package.

Midday could involve collaborating with the technical operations team to scope a solution or refine a proposal, ensuring what you’re selling aligns with what can be delivered. You’ll likely prepare or revise commercial quotations, attend a virtual meeting with a procurement team, or visit a key client site with a technician to assess equipment.

In between, you're checking CRM updates, tracking sales metrics, and preparing a weekly report for the CEO. Occasionally, you're analyzing competitor offerings or following up on service performance to ensure a customer remains satisfied and loyal.

By the end of the day, you're closing the loop on opportunities, aligning with marketing on outreach materials, and setting up calls or demos for the week ahead. No two days are exactly alike, but every day moves the business closer to sustainable growth.
