    Job Description:
  • Represent our portfolio of scientific instruments and solutions
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to implement sales strategies
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or the life sciences industry
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications, including drug discovery, drug metabolism, ADME/Toxicology, cancer organoids, and gene editing
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Travel requirements up to 75% within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift/move equipment as needed
  • Proficiency in English required, additional languages valued for international roles
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training
