Technical Service Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
Conduct onâsite lubrication studies, surveys, audits including Energy Effeciency project and lubrication plan evaluations, deliver clear reports and improvement proposals.
Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting on lubrication issues, supported by sound analysis and bestâpractice methodologies. After KlĂźber facilitated trainings.
Deliver customer training and join technical presentations, seminars and âtech days.â
Identify and qualify sales opportunities by observing customer needs and highlighting solutions.
Produce accurate and timely visit reports and maintain disciplined CRM documentation to support transparency and followâup.
Contribute and manage your weekly field activities efficiently, targeting an average of three customerâsite days per week.
Share market and industry insights within the sales team. Support sales colleagues during customer visits by performing technical analyses, developing recommendations, and contributing to longâterm customer relationships and follow-up steps.
Represent KlĂźber at industry events and support special projects, ensuring professional communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and autonomous, able to manage time, priorities and documentation reliably.
Energetic and relationshipâdriven, confident yet approachable, building trust with customers and colleagues.
Clear and effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Solid technical understanding of industrial processes, lubricationârelated products and maintenance/IT systems.
Commercially aware and customerâfocused, able to link technical insights to operational and business value.
Strong individual contributor, influencing decisions, representing best practices and supporting sales with technical depth.
Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable delivering training, seminars and standâup technical sessions.
Flexible and mobile, willing to travel extensively across Benelux and internationally for site work, training and workshops.
