Job Summary:
Classic Learn is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele-sales Executives to join our remote admission sales team. The role requires handling high-volume outbound calls, counseling students/parents, and converting leads into admissions. This is a target-based sales job ideal for candidates with strong communication and convincing skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective students/parents.
- Explain courses, admission process, and career benefits clearly.
- Maintain and achieve daily calling KPI (calls, talk time, conversions).
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure admissions.
- Update and maintain lead/call records in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly admission sales targets.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telesales/admission sales experience preferred (Freshers
- with excellent communication can also apply).
- Strong communication & convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Must have a laptop/desktop, good internet connection, and smartphone.
- Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
- In Terms (housewives not applicable).
- Working Conditions:
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed weekly off)
- Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home).
