Territory Sales Manager (Insurance Experience Required)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients in your designated territory. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record in the insurance industry. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the designated territory.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Act as a brand ambassador for Geico Auto Insurance, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to effectively close deals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Represent Geico Auto Insurance at industry events and conferences.
Stay knowledgeable about competitor offerings and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
