    Job Description:
  • The Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) Administrator is on the staff of the Content Development and Production (CDP) group.
  • The Test Publishing QA Administrator is a detail-oriented individual who performs copy matching and test- taking tasks to ensure the final delivery of a quality product.
  • This individual works on multiple projects simultaneously and plans and executes assigned tasks to meet every deadline.
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensures accuracy of item content as it is handled throughout the data migration and test production processes
  • Supports migration and conversion of items and images from MS Word documents to database format
  • Performs item accounting, ensuring all items are in place
  • Performs exam specification validation to ensure accuracy
  • Performs database review for accuracy of item structure and item organization as defined by the exam specifications
  • Performs technical checks including cross referencing documentation to the functionality and navigation of the CBT and the results files
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date quality control logs and reports timely status to leadership
  • Works cooperatively with other departments and vendor partners to meet client driven deadlines
  • Minimum Skills/Education:
  • Proven quality control skills
  • Previous copy-editing experience preferred, but not required
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel and computer/internet-based navigation
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of computer-based content management preferred; experience working with databases
  • Experience with cooperative efforts and being a team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in English, Literature, Creative Writing, or another related subject; or equivalent educational background and/or experience
