We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA/Autism Therapist to join our team in Auburn, GA. About the Role:
- Providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
- Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
- Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and refine therapy strategies
- Maintaining open communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure seamless support

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (ABA experience preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
