We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA/Autism Therapist to join our team in Auburn, GA. About the Role:




  • Providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions

  • Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

  • Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans

  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and refine therapy strategies

  • Maintaining open communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure seamless support

Requirements:



  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (ABA experience preferred)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
