We're seeking an exceptional Salesforce Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation project for one of our top clients. Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the successful implementation of large-scale Salesforce projects, ensuring effective scope, timeline, and budget management

  • Understand the full end-to-end delivery life cycle, from vision/strategy to development and release, and work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Oversee project and program portfolios, ensuring alignment with our delivery methodology

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for assigned initiatives

  • Allocate, assign, and optimize onshore and offshore resources across programs and projects

  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to key stakeholders

  • Drive steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues

  • Lead, mentor, and manage implementation teams across various locations and workstreams

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, facilitating communication and resolving conflict


Requirements:



  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an external client consulting background

  • Proficiency in project management and delivery of agile, waterfall, or predictive agile software development methodology, preferably with Salesforce (3+ years)

  • Scrum Master certification highly preferred

  • Proven experience in strategic large enterprise Salesforce implementations (3+ years)

  • Effective management of C-level client stakeholders and client escalations

  • Ability to creatively problem-solve while assessing risks and issues

  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
