As a seasoned project management professional, you will oversee clinical trials from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide overall coordination and management of clinical trials, from start-up to closeout

  • Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to ensure successful completion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, making informed business decisions

  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost

  • Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals passionate about advancing healthcare in the CAR-T space

Requirements and Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of clinical project management experience within a CRO setting, with a focus on oncology CAR-T

  • Proven expertise in navigating complex therapies, including CAR-T, cell, and gene therapies

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead, plan, and execute clinical trials with precision

  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English

  • Superior planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems

  • University/College degree in Life Sciences or a related field

  • Ability to travel as needed
