As a Remote Patient/Health Support Agent at Greater Malden Behavioral Health, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' mental health and well-being. In this role, you will interact directly with our patients and provide them with remote assistance and support. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide remote support and assistance to patients with mental health concerns
 Utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual sessions and provide services to patients
 Collaborate with clinical team to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
 Handle patient inquiries, scheduling, and document management
 Conduct assessments, screenings, and other administrative tasks as needed
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
 Monitor and track patient data, progress, and outcomes
 Support patients in crisis and provide resources and referrals as needed
 Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of patient care and confidentiality
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
 2 years of experience in a mental health or healthcare setting
 Experience with telehealth technology and virtual sessions
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment approaches
 Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
