Compensation Range: $55 - 65 per hour

Our client in the Financial Services Industry is seeking a UX Designer to join their team.

The UX Designer is responsible for shaping the product design of websites and apps that align with business goals and deliver a positive experience for users. As part of a collaborative product team, the designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences. They will leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Creates design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX/UI deliverables using tools like Figma.
• Gains an in-depth understanding of users' needs, motivations, and behaviors related to the project area, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Keeps track of competitors to anticipate customer expectations and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
• Develops production-ready assets and release files, collaborating closely with stakeholders such as business leaders, product managers, technology, legal, and research teams.
• Works in partnership with frontend and backend engineers to ensure seamless translation of designs into code.
