Usability Analyst
We are hiring a Usability Analyst to join our User Experience Team within the Product Division. This role is essential to maintaining and growing user engagement through research-driven design solutions. You will be the champion of intuitive, user-centered experiences, ensuring our digital products are accessible, engaging, and effective for users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative usability research
- Develop research plans and apply the right testing methods
- Analyze user behavior and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Build and maintain usability standards and UI guidelines
- Create checklists, documentation, and training materials
- Support iterative design through prototyping and wireframes
- Promote consistent and intuitive user experiences across products
- Monitor emerging UX trends and update practices accordingly
- Improve information architecture and navigation flow
Requirements
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and information architecture
- Proficiency in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping
- Strong research and analytical skills with a design-thinking mindset
- Ability to communicate findings and design logic clearly
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities
