User Acceptance Tester w/Top Secret Clearance

A3 Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced User Acceptance Tester to join our dynamic team. The person in this role will be responsible for conducting a wide range of analysis and testing with full competence to ensure software, systems and services meet end-user requirements/user stories. In this job you will:
• Work closely with the project and development team to understand the project roadmap, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; thoroughly review requirements to develop UAT test prep schedule, applicable test plans and test cases to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Attend all meetings related to project.
• Provide an accurate level of effort once requirements are received.
• Set up test data in accordance with scenarios.
• Perform UAT, including end to end and regression testing.
• Write test plans to support scenarios.
• Identify, report and track UAT defects.
• Coordinate with SIT and DEV teams.
• Document the test results.
• Review scenarios to ensure they align with scope.
• Assist in walkthroughs with the customer.
• Assist customer with production questions/issues.
• Define and utilize entry / exit criteria for testing.
• Identify and track issues, risks and action items.

Qualifications for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of three (3) years of UAT experience in conducting a wide range of analysis and testing with full competency to ensure software, systems and services meet end-user requirements/user stories.
• Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Experience in Backend and User Interface Testing.
• Experience performing Frontend and Backend Testing in Quality Assurance and Software Testing of various business applications including Mainframe, Web based and Client/Server applications. Working knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Defect Life Cycle and Agile Methodology.

Clearance Level:
• Top Secret

Salary range:
• The salary range of this position is $95,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
