Responsibilities:
• Lead UX Design Efforts Ensure high quality and high velocity design output for your self and the team
• Collaborate Work closely with product managers developers marketing and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development process
• Design Execution Guide the team in creating wireframes prototypes user flows and high fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
• Usability Testing Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure Consistency Maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all products
• Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelines
KEY SKILL: Candidates should have consumer product design experience. UX design candidates need to have demonstrated experience with and ability to create products for end consumers. This is a critical requirement.

Qualifications:
• Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design Human Computer Interaction Interaction Design or a related field
• Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in UX design with at least 8 years in a leadership or management role
• Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and successful project outcomes
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced cross functional environment
