Versatile Marketing Assistant - flexible, ongoing opportunity
Vista Research Group helps addiction and mental health treatment centers track how their patients are doing during and after treatment. We're looking for an experienced, self-directed freelancer to support our marketing and sales operations on a part-time basis.
- What you'll do:
- Post and format blog content on two websites, LinkedIn & Substack
- Send and manage email campaigns via ActiveCampaign
- Revise and optimize webpages for GEO & AEO search visibility; link articles to create pillar content
- Post on social media channels
- Track activities of the sales team
- Support other sales and marketing tasks as needed
- What we're looking for:
- Proven marketing experience with strong references and high Upwork ratings
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Highly self-directed; able to work with minimal supervision
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive patient data
- To meet HIPAA security standards, you must use a modern smartphone and computer (purchased within the last few years) and have reliable internet.
- Based in the Americas and available on weekdays
Engagement Details:
- Capacity: Starting at 15ā25 hours per week, with potential for more hours.
- Environment: 100% remote / Work-from-home.
