I’m seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build and manage my digital empowerment brand for mumpreneurs, my women’s wellness & lifestyle shop, and the creation and launch of online courses. This is a remote position with flexible hours. You must be digitally savvy, comfortable learning new tools, and ready to take ownership of varied tasks.

Responsibilities

Course Creation & E-Learning Support

Help brainstorm, structure, and organise online courses (Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, or similar)

Upload course materials, create modules, quizzes, and worksheets.

Set up payment systems, member communities, and student onboarding.

Technical and administrative support for webinars and live sessions

Assist in gathering feedback and updating content.

Digital Marketing & Funnel Management

Design and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, etc.)

Build landing pages and sales funnels, set up automation sequences.

Create and monitor paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest)

Social media management—content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics

Content Creation & Design

Write/edit web copy, blogs, ad copy, product descriptions, and course copy.

Basic graphic design for visuals, infographics, banners, and social media

Edit videos and audio for lessons and promotions (using tools like Canva, CapCut, Descript, etc.)

Website/E-commerce & SEO

Update/manage website (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace)

Manage product listings, customer queries, and orders.

On-page/off-page SEO (keyword research, meta tags)

Monitor analytics to report results.

Business Automation & Tools

Set up automations (Zapier, HubSpot, CRMs)

Use AI tools for marketing, organisation, and productivity.

Administrative & Project Support

Manage inbox and calendar.

Organise documents, track tasks and deadlines (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)

Assist with bookkeeping and reporting.

Customer Service & Community Management

Timely, professional client and customer communication

Moderate online communities and groups

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar remote role

Hands-on experience with online course platforms and setup

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, funnel strategy, and automation tools

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Basic graphic/video design skills

Ability to manage websites and handle e-commerce operations

Solid understanding of SEO principles

Tech-savvy and fast learner—comfortable with AI and new digital tools

Highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask

Optimistic, responsive, and professional attitude

Nice-to-Have

Experience launching and marketing online courses

UX familiarity for e-learning and online stores

Market and competitor research

Basic knowledge of GDPR/online privacy rules
