They are seeking a talentedVideo Editor/Content Strategistto join their asset management team and drive their digital content initiatives in the cryptocurrency and stablecoin space. This role combines technical video editing expertise with strategic content planning to maximise our market reach and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & EditingTransform 45‑60 minute live stream recordings into compelling 30‑60 second video clips optimized for social media platformsMaintain high production standards while working efficiently to meet content calendar deadlinesIdentify and extract the most engaging moments from longer‑form contentEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all video assetsContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop comprehensive content strategies aligned with our asset management goalsProvide strategic input on video content types, formats, and messagingResearch and analyze market trends in crypto/stablecoin content to inform strategyRecommend optimal distribution channels and timing for maximum impactCollaborate with leadership to align content with business objectivesDistribution & OptimizationPlan and execute multi‑platform content distribution strategiesMonitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analyticsStay current with platform‑specific best practices and algorithm changesOptimize content for different social media platforms and audiencesProven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiencyDeep understanding of the cryptocurrency and stablecoin ecosystemExperience creating short‑form content from longer recordingsStrategic mindset with ability to think beyond execution to content planning and distributionProficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirementsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in financial services or asset managementKnowledge of current crypto market trends and key industry playersExperience with motion graphics and basic animationUnderstanding of SEO and content marketing principlesAnalytics experience with platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTokOpportunity to work at the intersection of finance and digital mediaCreative freedom to shape our content strategyCollaborative environment with direct access to leadershipProfessional development opportunities in a rapidly growing industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
