About The Role We are seeking a highly creative and AI-savvy Generative AI Video Creator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-performing social media videos for our clients, utilizing generative AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, and others to craft virtual influencer videos and social media content.
Your expertise will help us create scalable, engaging, and innovative video content that drives brand performance and engagement on TikTok and other platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media storytelling, especially TikTok, with a keen eye for hooks, retention strategies, and content optimization. You will manage the entire creative processâfrom scripting and voice creation to editing and post-productionâworking independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Proven experience using generative AI tools such as Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.
- Strong portfolio or at least 3 sample videos demonstrating AI-assisted video creation and editing skills
- Demonstrated success in creating social-first video content with measurable engagement results
- Deep understanding of native TikTok storytelling techniques, including hooks, captions, memes, and watch time optimization
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent creative and technical skills in video editing and content production
- Experience working with influencer or user-generated content is a plus
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and a passion for social media trends and innovation
- Responsibilities
- Produce short-form videos using generative AI tools combined with human editing to create engaging social media content
- Develop and iterate multiple versions of influencer videos to optimize performance, using AI to generate variations
- Create virtual influencer videos by designing and producing AI-generated representations to promote client brands
- Manage the entire creative workflow, including scripting, voice synthesis, video editing, and post-production
- Leverage AI technologies to develop scalable processes and playbooks for consistent delivery of high-quality videos
- Collaborate with the creative team to align content with brand voice, tone, and campaign goals
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, meme formats, and social media best practices to ensure content relevance
- Provide creative input and pitch ideas that enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of content across multiple clients
