We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing to both client... projects and internal brand videos.
Job Overview: As a Video Editor at Creatorhood, you will play a crucial role in bringing our client's stories to life. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with the Creative Director to edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished product that is social media ready. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a creative mind, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality video content. Additionally, you should be skilled in creating animated intro clips using After Effects.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product for client projects and internal brand videos.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute to the creative process.
Create engaging and visually appealing animated intro clips using After Effects.
Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video.
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as needed.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Provide final cut for review and make revisions based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficient in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong understanding of post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and audio mixing.
Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
